7. Purchasing & Service Terms (The "No Fix, No Charge" Policy)

7.1. Services: We provide onsite and workshop-based support. 7.2. "No Fix, No Charge": If we cannot diagnose or resolve the issue you requested assistance with, you will not be charged for labor. A standard call-out fee applies to all onsite visits to cover travel and diagnostic time. If we provide a professional diagnosis and a quote for repair and you choose not to proceed, the call-out fee remains payable. 7.3. ACL Guarantees: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to have the problem fixed, or in some cases, a refund for major failures.

8. Mandatory Repair Notice (Data & Parts)

  • Data Loss Warning: Goods presented for repair may be exposed to the risk of data loss. We strongly recommend you back up all personal data before we commence any repair. Node Support Solutions is not liable for any loss of data during the repair process.

  • Refurbished Parts: Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

9. Cancellation, Returns, and Refund Policy

9.1. Cancellations must be made at least [24] hours before the scheduled appointment. 9.2. Refunds will be issued in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. 9.3. If a repair service is completed, no refund is provided unless the service fails to meet the consumer guarantees under the ACL.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate personal and contact information.

  • Ensure a safe working environment for onsite visits.

  • Back up all data prior to service.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or decline service if:

  • These Terms are violated.
